Airplane Footprint Card
A birthday card for my Dad. Wrrrrrr... and of the plane flew away!
This is another card with a cute little footprint.
To make it you will need:
1. A 13.5 cm (folded size) white card and matching envelope from the Docrafts Anita's Square Card and Envelope set.
2. Some blue and dark grey craft paper.
3. Some blue, non-toxic, water-washable paint.
4. Some paper glue.
5. A pair of scissors.
To make the card you need to take the footprint of your baby's foot, and let it dry. Cut out the propellers and wings from blue paper, and then cut out two smaller pieces with a similar shape to the wings from grey paper. The smaller pieces will be used as decoration for wings. From the blue paper also cut out the horizontal and vertical stabilisers (the blue bits at the back of the plane, on its tail). Next cut around the footprint carefully: it will be easier to arrange the final card if the piece of paper with the footprint on has little white space. When you have everything prepared, start arranging everything on the card. When you are sure everything will fit on the card, start by gluing the wings on first, then the stabilisers. Then glue the footprint and propellers. Your plane should now be ready and look something similar to what is on the picture.

Enjoy your flight!
